Description of actual services provided:

The major concern of this assignment is to contribute on sustainable improvement in health and well-being of rural people especially women and children. For this purpose, the assignment is focused for (a) ensuring the basic need of safe drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene practices; (b) promote the use of improved cooking stove; (c) promote the facilities of essential health services in local health institutions; and (d)  support on functional water and sanitation facilities in community school

Some major services provided in this assignment are:

• Assessment on the issues education, health and sanitation issues of community and schools of target VDCs
• Capacity building of local institutions ( such as: child/youth clubs, women groups, CBOs, and other social groups) on group mobilization, development planning and accountability process in local development
• Facilitate to local stakeholder to assure the rights of children and women in local development process
• Promote accountability process in local development process through public/social audit and advocacy on local service delivery process
• Promote accountability of local service delivery institutions
• Assist for participatory planning process in VDC to address the local development issues of women and children.
