Relief Nepal Invite the Interest letter for the Detailed Design, Drawing and Construction/rehabilitation Monitoring of 3 School  Buildings and 6 W/S Schemes in Dolakha,Sindhuli and Kavrepalanchwok Districts.

The task is Detailed Design, Drawing and Construction/rehabilitation Monitoring of 3 School  Buildings and 6 W/S Schemes in Dolakha,Sindhuli and Kavrepalanchwok Districts for seismic resistance, production of working drawings, bill of quantities and cost estimates. The consultant shall provide all documents necessary for Relief Nepal for construction of the schools and rehabilitation of W/S Schemes . The consultant shall prepare these documents based on:

• The findings from the detailed site assessment of School Buildings
• Detailed architectural drawings and designs, structural analysis for seismic resistance, working drawings, bill of quantities and cost estimates of the modular designs provided by MoE.
• Preparation of Master Plan of  Three School Buildings
• Detailed Design and Cost estimate for rehabilitation of 6 W/S schemes.

Requirements:

• Registered in VAT
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Drawing, Design, Estimate, Monitoring, supervision of School and Water scheme Construction
