Description of Actual Services Provided:
The project is focused for promoting income generation opportunities of marginalized and land-less HHs of rural community by enhancing their knowledge/skills on protecting the degraded land affected by river and proper utilization of that types of land for farming purpose. In total, 1500 HHs have been benefitted by the project; and they enhanced their skills on river bank farming. Similarly, the project coordinated with local stakeholders, CBOs, NGOs for their engagement in planning, monitoring and their support for promoting river bank farming for the landless farmers. The local CBOs, groups and network have been provided leadership & managerial skills by the project to address the technical and managerial issues of river bank farming.
